Do they have any Waverly’s down that way? We have them in Virginia but they’re super rare. The model homes are always either a Roanoke or a McDowell.

the french double doors are nice. could pocket doors have been used also to space on the "swing" space.

What happened to your older videos

I'm not a fan of the kitchen cabinet color nor the island. Whenever I see under stair closets I think of HP. LOL. Not a fan of the carpet either in the loft. But over all it's impressive.

I love this floor plan, are there any more left like this? I know this was 3yrs ago but we are thinking of moving there and looking to buy? Also how much is this particular plan going for??

I wish there was an alternative loft option. It makes no sense that the optional 3rd bathroom on the second floor is not attached or next to bedroom four. I would much rather have bedroom 4 be the loft and the current loft be a bedroom with optional attached bathroom. That way the kids room doesn't share a wall with the master too.
